Due to the rain-out on Thursday, June 19th, ODLM
cars present in the pits who attempted to make
it on the track for either hot-laps or
qualifying, do maintain their 60 points as
show-up points.
The
Civic Holiday Challenge will reward its’ top 5
drivers who attend both nights of the weekend with a share of a $1,500
bonus. If both nights get in, it will be for
on-track results only.
Should Merrittville be cancelled, cars making
the trip to race there, will be given their show
up points, (25) which will be added to the
Humberstone event.
If only Humberstone event is run, drivers who
were present at Merrittville already have a 25
point advantage. Money will be distributed
to the top 5 in points, from the points accumulated
for the weekend.
Courtesy of Thruway Muffler of Port Colborne,
there will be a $100 Hard Charger Award for
every event. Thank you to the Ferri Family.
There will also be a cash $100 award for the top
finishing car NEW to an ODLM event. |

REGISTRATION INFORMATION |
Please ensure necessary
forms are completed prior to the racing events. A 2008 $50
registration fee is applicable and due prior to any
racing event. Membership cards are distributed
once your fee has been paid. Please see contact

RACE PROCEDURES |
- Draw pill numbers upon
arrival. Ensure you have someone do this.
- Cars will be divided into heat races according to
pill draw numbers.
- Redraw WILL take place for the Feature Event. If 2
heat races, top 3 from each heat will redraw. If 3
heat races, top 2 will redraw. If 4 heat
races, top 2 will redraw. (therefore either 6 or 8)
- Points go to the car # for ODLM, UMP points go to
the driver
- 24 cars start the "A" event.
- Weighing in at the beginning of the night is up to
you, BUT, the top 5 finishers of the A feature event
will be immediately weighed in after the race. After
weighing in, the top 3 legal cars come track side for
trophy and check presentations.
- Drivers meetings will be conducted by the individual
tracks, usually 1/2 - 1 hour prior to the racing
event.
- We follow the host tracks' on-track procedures/rules
ie. taking of the green, move-over procedures, black
flags, etc.
- on-track rough driving will not be tolerated, and
will be dealt with pending the circumstances/situation
- UMP sanctioning rules in effect www.umpracing.com
- tire rule is specifically Hoosier LM 20 or LM 40 No
exceptions!
- RACECEIVERS ARE MANDITORY at all tracks.

Attendance
by the driver or owner at the ODLM Awards
Night/Christmas party is mandatory in accepting the
